Rack3 APC issue.
It seems we blew a breaker on Rack3 NT20-NT25, NT3 and NT32. Alex is resetting the breaker and it should come back up within the next 15 mins. He is also moving NT3 to another rack to keep it from tripping again.

Not the UPS it was the reboot APC system in the rack that had the issue.
