New Forum Skin

Hmm nice skin for the forum. One question...wheres the damn new posts button gone to now?! lol

It's under a drop down menu under "quicklinks"

I wish the post content would be above the user though... I saw Silverbug's post and was like "what kinda jack**s makes a post just to tell everyone he's online?" LOL. Then I saw what he really said.

Don't really like the skin at all personally

It's far to hard to actually find the post content between all the perdy graphics and excessive stuff at the top of each post (name, avatar etc).

All the extra whitespace between each reply as well makes the pages kinda huge and you've got a lot more scrolling to do to read an entire page.

I'm with the kiwi gentleman on this one. Too much wasted space. The last one was quite compact in comparison.

Clarification: I'm with the kiwi gentleman with the daemonic avatar.

I think we will just have to get use to it. Give it a few days, I am sure once your brain catchs on it will be fine..

Way too many gfx ... loads slow Pretty though. I didn't like our old one either, call me picky!

so the old skin is just gone forever??? i would recommend a very streamlined skin for fast loading (along matts comments) -- change is cool most of the time, but i really had a negative reaction to this one... not information display friendly skin...

This new forum skin is too slow and over blown, my little work pent II133 computer barely handles it. I would like to be able to choose my own skin or turn off the graphics which I am looking to see if I can do after I post this.

If you could make the forum look like it does below the "reply to thread" box that would be even better without al the extra space and graphics between.

I think I might just start hitting reply right away and read it that way.

Who's 17 year old kid designed this one anyway.....

Old one was totally blown away by the new VB I'd converted it to VBBeta7 but apparently the skinning changed again, soooo...

I personally liked the one before the one we just changed from. Does anyone remeber that skin?

This is a good looking skin don't get me wrong, but yeah I'm with the agree-er that agrees with the kiwi guy. It is slow to load and lackadaisical to scroll.

Kudos on the change though, that's the spirit!
