Cannot access control panels or webmail

I have sent in a TT but I don't think my mail is working so, I am posting here. I cannot access any of my cpanels or webmail. I am on cpanel4, service domain: quickstartweb.com. Websites are up and running. DNS error. I have made no recent changes to any DNS settings.

Please let me know if there is a problem.

The only Cpanel machine having issues (as far as I know) is Cpanel3. And the techs are working on it as we speak.

Cpanel had an issue I guess with something, its all over http://forums.cpanel.net seems it happend to a lot of cpanel hosts at once. We have fixed ours for now but not sure what happend yet as I have not found the reason on cpanel.net as of yet.
