All of them seem to work, all been retested as well with the seagate tools..

Hey Brad- are those the drives you are putting in the servers? Kinda overkill but that's a good thing
IMHO those drives in a raid are the best setup for video work and they can take a beating and not fail.

Light Speed, no we use 9GB 15k drives for the system drives now but looking at some other things that might be able to cut cost and also be better. Like using SATA drives since there much newer then the 9GB since they don't make them anymore they are sometimes hard to find new..

So we have been playing with a few new options seeing what will work.. I think SATA would be good since its only about 10mb slower then scsi and its much newer then scsi also saves a little $$$$ on the systems. We would be using the 73GB 10k drives if we did. We have one testing it now to see if we can tell any difference from scsi and SATA 10k drives. Only problem is we would not have a system and home drive.. But could do raid1 as its built in to the system..
