Vbulletin.com has been offline for some time now - there are speculations as to vunerablities in php / servers etc.... more info -> http://www.net-security.org/vuln.php?id=3257

How are we 'vBulletin' users here (including Vortech) fixed.... safe?

That seems to be only in Versions: 3.0.0 Release Candidate 4 we are on Release Candidate 7 so it may be safe. But I will check..

You are on beta 7 not even a release Candidate which is much older than RC 1, 2, 3 and now 4

. I have been upgrading every few weeks to these new RC versions and a lot of things have changed including a much nicer user CP Iface and some big code changes to speed things up

.

Yea we need to update again.. I forgot its beta 4 not RC.. LoL I was trying to wait till it was fully out so we did not have to do it more then once..
