Unicode on Access2000 and ColdFusion locale

Hi can anyone knowing a bit of coldfusion help me? My customer have a problem..

"I have a question about Unicode in Access2000. I know that Access2000 can handle Unicode data but there is an issue with ColdFusion MXs' database drivers that prevent it from being able to make use Unicode data. Could you please give me some information about this on your server.

In addition, do you have any information about ColdFusion MX locale or International language that specific to your server. I know all the default from all sort of documents but the result I got from the server is differ from my machine. So, in case you have any specific information or some customised setting about this, please let me know.
