Password on Directory

How can I set a Windows Password on a specified Directory?

currently you have to request that via a trouble ticket - once the new version of HSphere is released and installed it should have that ability.

You can only removed the anonymous permission to the directory, you can only have one login to it which would be your FTP login.

I have tried doing so.. from the account where I have most of my domains but nothing happened..

Do I have to open the TICKET from my main Reseller account?

You can submit a trouble ticket via http://www.vortechsupport.com and clicking on the Submit Ticket link. Or you can send an email to support@vortechhosting.com or support@matrixreseller.com.

Make sure to include the domain, your reseller username and the directory you would like protected.

All that will do is raise a trouble TT in your reseller ticket system, you need to submit the ticket from your main reseller control panel (the first one you log into), or either of the two ways Carly documented above.
