When and how do people graduate from a Junior Member to "Vortech Customer Status" ?

Hmmm, I don't know how this thread answered my question. I am a registered member as I followed the instructions on the e-mail I received "Action Required to Activate Membership for Vortech Inc. Support!". So what is the differece between a "Junior Member" and a "Vortech Customer". I still very much feel Junior, so I'm not complaining... As I said, I'm just curious.

Can you see the posts in the Matrix Customers only forum? Brad, If I'm understanding correctly, you are saying that "Junior Members" can't view the posts in the Matrix Customers only forum whereas the "Vortech Inc. Customers" can. If this is true, then why have some "Junior Members" been able to make posts in that forum? An example can be found in this link http://matrixwebhosting.net/forum/sh...=&threadid=579 Jim |

Jim, I clicked on your link and I was told that I'm not allowed to visit this forum. It also told me that I'm logged in with my username - which I was. However, why am I still a "Junior Member" when in fact I am a Vortech customer and also followed the subscription instructions verifying my status????? Can someone enlight me here?

Assumming you followed the instructions in this thread already http://www.matrixreseller.com/forum/...=&threadid=318 my suggestion would be to send another email to support@vortechhosting.com and give them the username that you used to sign up for a plan on their website and the username you use here in this forum and explain that you still don't have access to the matrix customers only forum. I just signed up for an account yesterday and emailed them about access to the forum and got added within a couple hours. Jim |
