Disk usage : Warning

Disk usage might be fine for new plans, but do some tests before converting existing plans to disk usage.

It's a total mess. Most quotas are wrong or reseted:
-Disk usage does not change according to your wishes
-Email quotas are reseted to the lowest possible value (depending on what you have in your box)

What about 24 hours later ? some of these problems have a tendancy to sort themselves out after H-Sphere runs its next accounting period, i tend not to "fix" anything until I know h-spheres run at least one period just incase it unfixes my fixes if ya know what I mean.

I've waited more than 24 hours. I didn't expect mail quota to be fixed and it wasn't, but disk quota is still at its old value and trying to modify the plan won't fix this.

If you change quotas, plans, etc. It isn't retroactive. If you've enabled Disk Usage, then you will probably need to log into each account and fix the quotas and Usages.

OK, so this confirms that we cannot automatically convert existing accounts to disk usage plans; and since we cannot move a domain between accounts, we have to manually change the settings of every plan and every account if we want to use disk usage for our existing customers.

For email accounts it seems to be worse since a disk usage change means that we have to manually change the quota of every mailbox afterwards.

Yep, If you do switch, you should check it.

BTW, just because we enabled usage, does not mean that you have to
