Mail to that domain was temporarily bouncing yesterday, it should be OK now (it's a mail alias that won't be used in the future tickets).

I'm glad PSoft will fix this...

About the double path to resolution, how can I know if I'm the only one affected, if I don't talk about it here? I always check the forums first to see if there is an official statement or if someone posted something about a similar problem.
Besides, how do I ask in the support center for my ticket to be reviewed by someone else? Mitch obviously had no idea of how to configure Hpshere for resellers, accusing me of having messed with my DNS.

Had you given the same information in the ticket that you gave in the forum, your ticket would have been solved much sooner. The information in your ticket was pretty lacking, but your forum post had somewhat better information. The combination of the information allowed me to figure out the problem.

If you'd submitted a ticket with all this information, you would have gotten a response much sooner.

I fail to see why you say that. Every information posted here is just a summary of my findings so that people experiencing the same thing can get a better picture. Everything was consigned in the ticket way before typing it here. The DNS problems, the testing procedure, everything is in the ticket. The rough part was to convince tech support to listen to what I had to say after they told me "No one has changed anything. You are mistaken. Please don't ask for help if you're not going to listen."
