Its not possible at this time to turn it off on an per customer basis, it's either on for everyone or off for everyone.

I see..

I found it really not logic. I get many non-spam emails with [SPAM] alert..

I hope this is for our best..

the subject attachment is to help us filter through what is likely spam. Sure, some legitimate email is getting tagged, but it's fairly accurate.

It's best to notify your customers of this change so that they understand what it means - just another layer of spam protection. Sadly, not every single person can get exactly what they want, but this is designed for the greater good.

All it is doing is tagging the email based on the headers it finds. This way you can sort the ones that are tagged as spam into a seperate folder.

The sad thing is you can try to improve the service all you want and your never going to get them happy. I think you sould have a mail server for this guys the way they want it and bill them. I like this system I get all my emails tagged or not, rather then get partial because some some spam program deleted them, just ignore the [SPAM] tagg and check your mail.

Well as Brangwyn implied educating people about what it does and why it is necessary is probably a better option.

hey, maybe this [spam] tag will keep some of our customers from opening attachments from people they don't know.

Sadly, I don't think some of my clients will be able to help themselves when they get an attachment titled "Naked Beach Party" even if it is labeled as SPAM
