Question Can't see "credit" icon in billing area

I've set up a plan which is definitely set for billing, and everything looks normal as far as I can see. I've entered the pricing for resources, etc... so it knows it's a billable plan.

However, I can't see ANYTHING in the ""balance", credit", and billing" columns of the user using that plan. They've paid by cheque, but I can't credit their account because the "credit" icon isn't there.

Wha' is I doin' wrong then?

Probably best to submit a ticket on that one, sounds like one of those things that we'd really need to see to tell you whats wrong if your 100% certain the plan does have billing enabled.

Already have, but haven't had a reply in a couple of hours.. just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem.

The only way this client can add new resources now is if I keep increasing their credit limit.

Not really, just tossing out ideas until support anwsers your TT, I'm sure once they login to your account they'll be able to see the problem straight off and we'll both be smacking our heads and saying duh then
