No Urchin Results

I added Urchin to a plan and activated it about a week ago.

I added it in the customer CP paid using credits.

The login works fine but there are 0 stats and I've waited 3 days to see whats up.

Webalizer was left on, could it need to be disabled? Help?

Well?

The robotic ticket nazi says my answer is in the KB but I bet restarting isn't the answer either. Also, since this is a billable addition for my customer, the turn off turn on goes through the billing cycle again.

Is it possible that a Plan without billing (I bill them myself) can't have a billable feature?

If you haven't already, you need to also turn on the "Transfer Log" for any account where you want these reports... as Urchin uses this data to generate its reports.

Question So now I've activated Urchin on one site?

Where do I find it in order to use it?

Can one use Webalizer and Urchin together?

You need to enable Urchin at a plan level jtaugher.

Yes you should be able to run Webalizer and Urchin at the same time as far as I know (not that I've tried personally, webalizer vs urchin is like comparing notepad to MS Office)

Just to confirm, you can run Webalizer and Urchin at the same time. I accidentally left Webalizer on with one of my accounts and it continued to work just fine. Although, I think it would be more like the difference between a Pinto and a Ferrari, but that's just me.

I enabled Urchin on Monday.

I waited and found nothing on Tuesday. I know there was traffic to the site. I turned it off and turned it back on by disable/enable.

I waited and found nothing on Wednesday.

Thursday nothing. Today nothing too.

Webalizer shows the traffic for all of Monday through today. I have an open TT from Wednesday with no tech having opened it yet.

I have no idea why, but the two times I've activated Urchin it took nearly a week for the stats to show.

I think that hard thinking about sending a TT miraculously turns on Urchin..

I'm having the same issue.. I have been running Urchin for months on one of my domains and suddenly this weekend, it stopped showing any stats. I got a reply back from brad, which stated that they are speaking with Psoft about the issue.
You guys are probably experience the same problem.

We might already be running that patch, seems to me like H-Sphere was last updated but a week ago 2.3.1.381.20031123 ... then again, could have been that patch that broke it all too

No, we are not running the newest patch yet..

In the bottom of the update description, you will find following info:

You will get something similar to this:
2.3.1.382.20031120
Where:
2.3.1 is the version of H-Sphere,
382 is H-Sphere the build number,
20031128 is the build date (in YYYYMMDD format)...

So the version we are running (2.3.1.381.20031123) is build 11/23/2003.. Hopefully the new patch will fix the urchin problem.
