I guess I am close to concluding that Urchin is very nice when it's working and junk for the rest of the time. But I don't want to reach that conclusion.
I had a ticket opened a few days ago and got a reply that Urchin was corrected for me and other users with the same problem. I have the following situation and I don't know if this is how it's supposed to be or not: * The selected range is between 12/2 and 12/8, so it stops yesterday; * If I manually select today it shows nothing; * How often does it update, is it not working or just not updated yet for my account? * It always looks like it cuts the dates at a weird time, is it based on UTC/GMT, or what time zone does it use? I guess it might work just fine and I just don't know how it should work. Can anyone give me a hand here so I don't open another TT for nothing. Thank you, Radu Grama PlusInfinite, Co. |

while the logs run continually, I believe urchin updates once a night. If you need earlier info for the current day, you could check your logs

That means it is OK if I see yesterday's traffic as being the most current and today's traffic in the logs only, I presume. Thank you!
