No Urchin Results

We should get to the patach6 update this weekend or tuesday. I like to wait a few days with Psoft because there updates at first tend to have a few bugs..

yeah I know how the build numbers work just we used to get things first pre-release to others so the dates on our builds were different than the released patches, but I think Brad's stopped being psofts unofficial Alpha tester now

Same problem here, started Urchin a couple of days ago and no results whatsoever.

I started Urchin 2-3 days ago, I had it working until yesterday with no results though, today it doesn't even come up at all, I get a "This page cannot be displayed" error message -- so basically the browser cannot connect to it at all.

I guess the question is does it ever work? Is it reliable? Should I expect downtimes rarely/frequently? I'm a little bit afraid to offer it to my clients for that reason...

Mine's working now. There was an issue with HSPHERE, and I opened TT two days ago and got a response yesterday stating that it was patched.

Mine still not working..gives me a "Cannot find server or DNS Error"

Do you get a dns error when you try to load urchin.domain.com ?, Have you checked both your alias and dns zone have the urchin alias correctly setup theviking ?

Yes..I have checked my DNS zone and alias...Infact everything has been working since Vortech launched Urchin (I thing is it a couple of months now). Even if I access Urchin from the control anel (It connect via the IP) I get the same error...

Did Urchin Servers IP change lately or ?

So something was wrong..but now it's working

Seems there was a bug in urchin's scripts. Psoft has fixed the bug so every thing should update tonight if it does not let us know and we can run the stats by hand and fix it. But please wait till after 4am our time.
