Guy one thing to remember if that sub ftp program has to make anther NT user it cost us about $20 each time. Thats one of the reasons for not supporting that. Also that sounds like something psoft would have to build in and I am not sure I would really want to support because of the "high" cost its going to put on us for MS lic.

I hope you will get the webmail as well since there are several people who want the fileman from IISWorks.

I would also like to see fileman installed, it can be used without creating the NT user accounts.

I should have posted the Fileman consideration to psoft, sorry about that.
Maybe it could be a good idea that all of us that like to have sub-ftp under Win can post at psoft's forum.
About one year ago, I did the same thing with a group of international users about an old MX issue that was scheduled and solved after several months.

I am not currently using any of these COM's but if the offerings will change I would like to be informed so that I can also change my offerings accordingly.

On the windows side of things I'm mainly working with the .Net framework. Any components that enhance or compliment .Net would be very welcome.

I appreciate the opportunity to have some input.

I'd also like to add that the majority of the work I do now is with ASP.NET, so if we could begin to add some .NET stuff that would be great. Some examples are listed here:

http://www.asp.net/Default.aspx?tabindex=2&tabid=31 (see top 10 in sidebar)

I also find controls like Peter's Date Package to be very very handy:

Further to my last comment, maybe it would be a good idea to do a survey or search and see how many people are actually using the new .NET stuff

about required components..

Hi Brad,

I was just going to open a support ticket for this before I opened a matrix account, but posting here instead, please let me know if these components are installed:

(1) http://www.serverobjects.com/products.htm

From that the ASPMail and ASPQmail are most important.

ASPqmail is very important because it frees up the script that is sending the mails and thus reduces the load on the server. Should I use ASPqmail in my scripts instead of Persists ASPmail if more than 100 mails are being sent?

(2) Persists ASPmail (currently using that)

(3) Jmail - FULL VERSION

I read somewhere that you are using the free version, I would suggest to move to the full version.

Thanks....

Please install at least one of the most complete whois components, so that we may offer http://www.binomic.com type functionality to our clients.
