Is this East Coast time? I have customers who cannot log into mail. They are getting errors.

Yes... Apparently packing a table makes it "readonly"... I'm correcting it. We may have to upgrade the hard drive on the machine as its filling up...

The webmail machine will go down again tonight at or around when Alex gets in, we need to replace/add a harddrive, webmail only has an 8 gig drive so this needs to get done. I will post better times when I know. All times EST/VST (Vortech Standard Time)

Hope no big mistake like 6 months ago (data lost) !!!

Data will be copied to the new HD, not modified. Just adding a drive and moving the content of the full partition over to it. The 8GB database partition will end up on a dedicated 73GB drive. There will be no data loss.

Obligatory reminder: webmail is NOT a permanent storage system. If you have critical data on it, make a local copy. System policy is to expire old mail without exception.

I'll post a notice when I head out, so the box will probably go down around 0400 LT for up to an hour, depending how swiftly data can be copied. This job cannot be done without data loss and corruption on a live system so webmail will go off-line and accept no connections for the duration.
