Its just an idea I got after reading this thread http://matrixwebhosting.net/forum/sh...&threadid=4991
admin: What do you think about placing a message in red saying somthing like Please do not store messages for more than 30 days. Any mails with more than 30 days old will be deleted by the system. This will always remind the people about 30 days limit on their mail storage. This way, I think, many people save time answering TT and avoiding arguments with their client after their mails are lost. ![]()

That's one of the reasons I utilize a custom login page for the system:
http://216.157.139.37 What ever happen to the thought of redirecting the users back to the original login page or to a generic "You are logged out" page instead of back to the standard login page? Did that die? |

yeah, I have been dispalying the same message about in all my custom login pages. And never received a call about email lost ;-)
