Mail1 trouble - Matrix please advise

I'm not able to send mail via mail1 as of this morning. I know you guys made some changes yesterday, so I'm not sure if they had anything to do with this, but here's the error message I get when sending mail.

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1). Please check the message recipients and try again."

Funny thing is that I just sent this same person an email yesterday successfully.

I've also noticed the password dialog problem a lot today...

I can't get mail at all. Asking for password constantly. Outlook XP.

I AM JUST LOOKING FOR A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE THERE REGARDING MAIL1 AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT.

Can you please relay a message to us from the techs as to what's going on to get our email back online? We have nothing to tell customers, and it's been down for several hours now.

I answered your OTHER post in the OTHER thread. There is absolutely no need to make duplicate threads regarding the same matter. You are asking the exact same thing in each thread. It doesn't make anyone respond any quicker. Actually, it makes responses slower as we have to go through twice as many threads.
