Can we get an update on HSphere?
I know you guys have a ton to worry about with HSphere down and all, but it's been 10.5 hours since your first post regarding it being down.
Can we get a technical update. I know you say PSoft is in there, but can we get something to tell our customers, other than "we're working on it?" Is it possible to know what caused this emergency in the first place? Thanks Last edited by jmbeach : 05-30-2003 at 09:52 PM.

Yes, I agree. Can we please get some kind of update. I cannot log into any control panel again. I have clietns emailing me about email not working. I have no idea what to tell them because we are not being told anything.

I have no idea what you are talking about the control panel being down for 10.5 hours. The control panel has been up but may be slow at times due to it is still being worked on.
Tell your customers that the developer is working on the control panel because that is the truth.
