Hello,
Is there any component that was added to this list, or anyone that was removed from it? Is it up to date? inside, as landiserve has pointed out, you can see there are many more than are currently listed. Of course these can be a little different from server to server, but most of the main ones remain. To check the server your domain in question is on, download the component checker used above and run it on your own site.

jmbeach, thanks for giving the URL, I ment to do that, it can be quite helpful when working with ASP based webapps, because some require obscure COMs that you might not be sure are there.

admin, I ran a check on NT7 and found a few components missing that are on the FAQ list about what components should be installed. One I noticed off-hand is all the dundas components.

For the info of the admins, NT16 gives the following error when running obccheck.asp: Error while using MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.4.0:Error in the DLL

I would send the error to a trouble ticket so that you can get the problem with ServerXMLHTTP.4.0 fixed, it does not have such an error on other servers.

I can think of another component (ISAPI filter actually) which could be installed and provide us with a "token"-based system of assigning virtual FTP accounts and secure folders on Windows servers:
