H-Sphere ticket system...
If you had put in a ticket in H-Sphere then replied via email we just found it was having an issue checking the mail for some reason. We have fixed this issue but if you are still having an issue please resend your ticket.
We will also be moving to all one ticket system the one with in H-Sphere with in the next few weeks.. We will be droping deskpro the out side ticket system due to many issues with in that system.
