Email and Outlook Passwords

Its strange that only 4 of you in this thread out of all the (hundreds of) clients have reported this problem. I have not seen anyone else put in a ticket for this yet.
If you could put in a ticket with an address, even if its just a test address and the password,, we can check it out for you in more detail.

I'll do better tracking of what accounts it's asking for and when it asks for them. I have Outlook set to automatically check 7 accounts every 5 minutes, so I may be noticing it a lot more frequently than others. As I mentioned, it's only really been most noticeable in December and January's been the worse, so it hasn't come up as a big issue for me until recently.

My question is WHY does anyone check their accounts EVERY minute? That is a waste of bandwidth and logins, every 5 min should be fine for most people. If you want your messages that fast just use an IM tool, they deliever faster.

We can help if we can test it out for you... but your not going to get anywhere accomplished here unless you post the address and password so we can test it.

Sorry, there was a thread similar to this not long ago, and someone said they checked their email every minute, I did not read the last pages and was getting two threads confused.
