whoa! a Re-design!

Hey, it's looking good, but whenever I click on the "Vortech Hosting" logo at the top of the forum it takes me to the SLA site, might want to look into that.
http://vortechhosting.com/sla/index.php is where it points.

Ya new design is uber nice, your order button takes you to the old page with broken images tho

It would be really intresting to see the difference in sales, see if it is worthwhile sprucing up ones site like that.

Those headphones are exclusive only to vortech employees. Whenever we have a problem or a server issue we get on those and call the "hosting Fairy".....

Fix the drop down menus at the top and your good! They should disappear once you move away.

Put an 'invisible' layer under the drop downs w/ a clear pixel filling it up. If the mouse moves over it, close the menus.

There are many problems with the new support page :
The DHTML menu does not work in Mozilla
The DHTML menu does not show up on Opera 7 and Netscape 4
The page does not show properly when a user does not have Flash 5

If you do not intend to support any of these users, then you should indicate it, they will feel less frustrated

Yep and it's fairly large organizations most of the time, they did not upgrade to the latest Win because of license cost and are planning a *nix change.

Some people should test this on IE for Mac too.
