If you are still moving your DNS over to the new Shared DNS IPs and need a little more time. Please post your IPs here.

There should be no other posts other then resellers that just need us to hold there IPs.

This is 2 I know of right now so no need to post just trying to make sure no one gets shut down due to us removing there old IPs.

Thanks jammin thats what I am looking for.. Any one over seas may have some issues.. So we just want to get a little list together to make sure every thing goes smooth for every one..

I have a problem with NetSol that I am not sure is getting resolved automatically, NetSol is the only regisrar with problems that I see so far, so please hold these for a bit longer:

Pay money to change name servers.. My god...

Well We will leave yours on for now.. In about 4 to 6 months there may be one very small change to DNS address as we move over to our arin IP blocks but i have not time range on that.. So if you really have to pay to change, I will let you keep them for now..

I am having a problem getting a hold of my client on Netsol

100 and 120 are the new shared ones, if they are pointing there are are good to go! Congrats!

Am I the only one who has a shared name server IP? Does everyone else have a dedicated IP?

The above is a list of resellers who wish to keep their old dns IPs for a little while longer.

Your new dns IPs (65.57.231.100 65.57.231.120)
are the same as mine, and everyone else who is moving over.

You didn't go wrong.

With regard to the above list:
Some resellers who host other third level domains (like .ca , .ir and many others) will need to update the nameserver info for each of their customers. Thats why they want to keep their old dns IPs for a bit longer.

If:
1. Your service domain is a .com, .net, or .org
2. your customers are only .com, .net and .org, and
3. assuming that your customers have their domains pointing at your nameservers:
ns.what_ever_your_nameserver_is.com
and
ns1.what_ever_your_nameserver_is.com

Then you should be fine.

(at least this is my understanding of the situation)
