That comment made me think the same. And the fact that Dan says ha "heard" that it's a hw problem, makes me think that Vortech is not even in control of those machines and maybe of the control panel itself.

When was the last time we got an announcement about them running a vacuum on the db? That use to be an operation performed regularly to keep the cp running.
