Looks like the domain might be missing from one of the qmail config files. If you're still having trouble with that, submit a ticket and we'll take a look.

If you launch the webmail from within the control panel, and are quick enough to stop the page before it loads, you can view the source of the intermediate page that posts the login details to @mail. It contains the login information for the client, including the password.

If you launch the webmail from within the control panel, and are quick enough to stop the page before it loads, you can view the source of the intermediate page that posts the login details to @mail. It contains the login information for the client, including the password.

This is a handy thing to know. It could enable me/us to move a client's mail service and recreate their mail boxes for them.

I just tried it on a couple of accounts and I could not launch webmail from the CP. I confirmed that webmail was working by logging in thru the browser.

I will send a ticket regarding CP launch.

Well, I have clients threating to leave this AM because of problems and when I just checked the server stats it reports...

So if there are still warnings from your stats and the clients are still complaining ...

I can't see how this is resolved.

OK, whatever. I think we are all getting used to this kind of answer. I suppose that's why the warning message is there.

All I know is I have clients that have reported to me AFTER you came here and stated that the problem is gone, that they are having problems.

I think it is getting pretty atypical that when these things happen the request goes out to open a private support ticket.

Sorry Josh and all, but I am really getting tired of the curt short answers like this instead of reporting that you looked at the clients system and here is whats happening.

I guess I could report back to my clients that it is once again all in their heads and the missing emails and the bounce backs and the other problems that they are experiencing ... simply don't exist because that is what support told us.

Yeah right.

There are no support tickets for mail7 that have gone unanswered. If you are still having problems, there's no reason why you can't submit a ticket and get it resolved. I'm closing this thread to prevent people from putting more support issues here.
