Yes this would be nice, i've just spent a month trialing various hosted exchange solutions to find one I was comfortable off loading my own Exchange hosting on too and would have gone with Vortech instantly if they had it.

yeah, we just went with 1and1.com...I guess I haven't had a problem yet.
except that in our office location, we can't get any other highspeed than cable. we have one line with a dedicated IP for an inhouse SQL system to tag the website (don't ask...at least it's moving to .net 2.0/sql 2005 now...sweet). When we have ten people on the network, all running Outlook connecting to Exchange over the one cable modem...it gets slow. Haven't noticed the speed at any other location though, so I think it's just that internet connection. You can set the connections to Exchange to download only headers, but I can't get the staff to put up with it, so slow it is.
I'll post anything else about that if anything changes.

so now we've got a problem...our 1&1 account has been blacklisted just like the vortech ones...

our only option now is probably to find a smaller provider or build our own machine...

wouldn't it be swell if I could get something like this from Vortech...

Are you using Cached Exchange mode? we're running Exchange over cable and never had any issues, whats the ping like to the exchange server from your office ?

Yes, we're using Cached mode. But, I can't ping the server...it says it can't find the server? Anybody know if there's some trick to ping an exchange server?

Also, I guess I have to explain that our cable modem is in a really bad location. We're at the end of the utility line and if there's any issues at all, we'll have a problem. So, it's a lot of little problems.

I still would love to have a Vortech option here though...I suppose we could get a co-located machine or something...
