Video Conferencing suggestions?

Hey guys... we have a client that is interested in us providing some sort of video conferencing technology to help close some distance between the two of us...

we have a server here, so it would not tie up Vortech Stuff has anyone had any experience with this, what would they recommend, any low cost options, etc, etc.

features would be nice whiteboard, file share, -- you know -- the sky for free

MSN, Netmeeting or Skype .. all effectively free options and should work ok even with a $60 webcam.

XP is the last Windows version to support NetMeeting. Vista will be using something else.

Windows Meeting Space - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvist...z/sharing.mspx Haven't tried it yet personally (mainly becuase I don't know anyone else running Vista RTM yet heh).
