It was working all the time and quit right after this message. Can you fix it pronto?

mail7 is up. I can connect from windows 2003 and not from windows XP now.

Is mail.motiondoc.com is on mail8 I have mail7 working now. So I will have aaron put the same config on mail8 and see if it works.

This may be a stupid thought, but, can't you just move all our accounts to other mail servers that are not having issues?

well, I was just told by support to change my stmp port from 25 to 2525...but I am on a Mac in OSX.4 using Mail application..and the only port number I could find was 110...but I feel like that is the outgoing port...
Where do I find the incoming port information...??

looks like mail7 has a serious issue now. HSPHERE CP shows mail boxes with zero quota.

Unfortunately, still no connection on mail8

Any idea when we can tell out clients these problems will be resolved?

We have a new system we are working on. We are going to take every IP that tries and connect to mail7 or mail8 and telnet back to port 25 to see if it's a legit mail system. If it does not answer then we it will be blocked this takes a bit of time to get ready and a list that is able to block the computers that are not real mail servers.
