Hello,
You can do this in a php.ini file in your domains home directory.

i believe it can also be done in an htaccess file with a php_value statement. (On a unix server)

In the root directory of your Windows domain, there should be a file called php.ini. You have to edit the file and make sure the line referring to magic_quotes_sybase says
Code:
magic_quotes_sybase = Off

You can get a copy of php.ini from the support site I think.
