@ Mail Database Server

We are experiencing database issues for the the @mail system. There is a techniciaon on their way to the datacenter at this moment. When I have an update from the tech I will post it here. We will be updating this post to keep you all informed. Thank you for your patience.

I have just spoken to the technician in the data center. The machine is pinging and should be working in seconds. I would give it a couple more minutes and then attempt checking mail. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The issues we thought that were the cause of the database are obviously not. We are vigourously working on this at the moment. There are several technicians at the datacenter at the moment. Quite possibly could be a hardware issue. We will update as necessary.

We currently have the database up and running. We are looking into the hardware issues to narrow this down, all of which we can do with the box up and running. We would rather keep the server online and trouble shoot, as I am sure our customers would prefer. Also, any changes will try to be done when mail is being accessed the least, usually in the late evening early morning. We will update more when we have more data.
