Possible: Migrate customer from MatrixReseller to VortecHosting?
Hello all:
I have a customer who wishes to migrate their web hosting away from our company. However, we also have developed their Web site using ASP.Net, and the hosting company they prefer (*nix based) does not offer ASP.Net hosting. Is it possible to migrate a customer off our MatrixReseller account onto a Vortec Hosting account where my customer can pay vortec directly and not loose significanly (if at all) the features (basically just ASP.Net; no DB needed) they have available through our reselling. It can be done. The paperwork involved (since we'd be taking away a customer from you) is actually more trouble than the move itself.
