Moving Plans

I did a quick search but did not really see anything that applies to my situation.

I have a few domains or clients who are in plans that are not being billed in the Hsphere billing system. There accounts are (without billing) I would like to move these accounts to billing and just apply the credit. The plan I would like to move them to is an yearly plan will there billing date start from the day I move them? Or maybe I can not even move them with out deleting the whole domain which I do not want to do because of the DNS servers etc...

Any ideas would be great.

cant you just modify the account and chage it to billing? and then just apply the credit as you would normally?

You can also use the "Date" button which appears in all the customer search screens in H-Sphere to change their billing anniversary date.

I would like to change them to a new plan because I have some of my own accounts in the plan that is with out billing. Can I change them from plan to plan?

im pretty sure you cant, short of deleteing the account and then recreating it. the only problem with that is that the dns setting will need time to re-propegate. if you do that tho make sure you back everything up first, as it will all be deleted off the server when the account is removed.
