Ridiculous – Sales pitch

Haven’t put this is the ‘Chit Chat’ thread as I don’t think it’s fair to Vortech – however I do think that in our little ‘private section’ it’s fair game.

Before anyone asks – no I don’t support Rackshack, in fact I have a personal dislike of them…. But that’s a different matter

Anyway……………They’ve just upgraded their bandwidth…………..All servers that were originally on 400Gb of bandwidth/month have been upgraded to 700Gb/month and those that were on 1000Gb/month are now on 1200GB/month. Are they crazy?
I don’t think there was anything wrong with their previous pricing model – but this is just crazy….. Apart from the big question – are their servers up to scratch for anyone wanting 1200GB per month – where will it all end?

I read on one forum that their next offer will be ‘buy one flame grilled server, get the next one free’ But seriously I think this is OTT and going to put ridiculous pressures on serious / decent hosts……….. more bed room script kiddies on the way ............ !
