I think the order of restoring is based on domain names alphabet ASC, as always.
mine was starting with ((I)) letter.

but for more appropriate answer, one of admins should answer.

My site doesn't seems to have the latest files! It uses MS ACCESS database to show products. Many new products were added/modify on tuesday all of theses changes seems to be missing!!! Clients are not very happy. Shouldn't files from mirror server be the same as on live???

In one of my sites there are changes of the last Thursday that are not online, so the backup is earlier

Well, site were coming back but now they are all dead again. An update from vortech would be cool....

Alright. The Data drive just went kaput. In a very roundabout way this may have been the inital cause of all the problems. Dean is re-imaging the drive right now, then we will r-sync the data.

I am very disappointed. I would like to request that vortech keeps a couple of extra machines around that can be quickly transferred to from a backup. Certainly this must be possible.

My employeer and clients are quickly loosing faith in my services!!!

This is crazy, sites are still down. Can't you just do a restore from the backup server? why the reimaging? I am waiting patiently, i am sure you are doing your best but these restore issues have to be dealt with.
