nothing is under sites, and all of them showing hsphere default page.
whats wrong there??? its more than 6 hours now with nothing really fixed. where is mirror backup drive? |

Come on Guys... 2 hours since any update. This is not acceptable. At least tell us what's going on... All we're asking for is communication that we can relay back to our own clients who are (quite rightly) going mad over this.

The H-Sphere recreate script wiped out some user content as it reset options. We are restoring the user contents from a mirror and will sync it with the latest backup.

email servers have nothing to do with web servers. Your email is just fine..
Psofts scripts did something they should not have. We told it to restore IIS only well it restored IIS and then over wrote eveyones home dir. with the default files from setup. We would have been done a long time ago had this bug not poped up. We are going to use the mirrors now to restore it but that will take a bit of time, this was due to the metabase going bad and does happy from time to time in windows 2000. We are sorry about the issue and any one that does submit a credit request will get there free month.. Again we are very sorry and are doing everything we can to fix this server ASAP.

Can you be any more precise on this.... I've been telling our affected customers "soon" for the past 7 hours. Not because I want to, but because similar information from you has not been forthcoming. Evan an ETA Brad... 1 hour, 10 hours, 2 days??? |
