In follow-up to the events surrounding Vortech billing accidentally deleting my reseller account (http://forum.vortechhosting.com/show...-t_12366.html), Cheryl had promised a refund for the credit that existed on my account before the deletion (about $300). However, last I heard from her was two weeks ago, and subsequent emails to billing are automatically closed.
Is Cheryl out, or should I assume that Vortech has decided not to do what is right and withhold funds? I would prefer not to involve my credit card company, but it is American Express thankfully, so the funds should be easy to get back. I would just prefer to have them do the right thing. Is anyone there? |

electricfox I thought this was taken care of are you still having issues? We would like to do the right thing but anyone that uses authnet will tell you we can't refund anything over 90 days old. You have been a long time customer please email me.
