Problems on my hosted sites

My reseller website and email has been down for about 24 hours now. This has been the first time that ever happened to me. I can't access my control panel too.

This client website has been down at the same time.

I really don't know what happened. Can you guys help me on this? Thanks.

If you can't get into your cp then I suggest an email to support@vortechhosting.com as they may not be monitoring the forums on sunday night.

Site and CP seem to be coming up fine for me here. I take it support fixed it already?

hmm thats odd, the site doesnt work for me, or the cp link. Mind you my sites on nt18 are working atm, a bit slow(altho i think thats just my connection atm), but working fine.

I'm not so sure, but it seems like a DNS problem. Some of my other hosted sites are not working as well.

all the sites that uses ns1.bigwebstudio.com has failed to load properly.

Same as Silverbug basically get a DNS error on that site of yours too, definately something amiss.

Sounds like you aren't using the right nameservers.

Lo and Behold. After checking, you dont even have your aliases submitted for ns2.hsphere.cc and ns3.hsphere.cc. Youll want to submit these and register them with your registrar. Also, your current nameservers aren't working becuase the IPs you have are wrong...

bigwebstudio.com's nameservers should be:
ns2.bigwebstudio.com -> 65.57.231.120
ns1.bigwebstudio.com -> 65.57.231.100

Contact your registrar to fix this.

thanks guys. That was a real help. The problem was one of my co-workers got the instructions wrong and gave the wrong details to the domain registrar.

The site is back again. Thanks again.
