Hello,
I hope I missed this somewhere. I have my admin setup and everything is ok. I then created the account for myself. I forgot to add the third level domain option and add 10 more meg of disk space. When I go back in to modify the plan. I check the box and add the 10 meg and save it. Now here's the problem. When I log in as the user of the control panel (Not Admin), I don't see the changes. My question is, if I make changes to a plan do they automatically update the users of the plan? Based on what I've done above, it's not. I also tried creating a plan (Copied) the existing admin plan then made the changes. I then clicked on change plan but I get this error. No compatible plans available. What does that mean? Thanks Barry |

It won't automatically add the extra 10Mb to the users control panel, you'll need to actually change the disk space allocation from within the "user" control panel as well.
As for the third level hosting, I would have expected that should now be available, did you go into the domains section and try creating one ? |

Thanks for clearing that up for me. It works fine now.
