Screwed up clients accounts!

I’ve just logged on to some of my clients accounts and found that EVERYONE of them have the ‘Reseller Knowledge Base’ available to them under their ‘Support Centre’………… It lists Matrix / Reseller Accounts / everything about us…….. I am FED UP with this system!
Yet – if I logon to my own Administration account and go to ‘knowledge base’ it lists nothing?

I’ve submitted a TT – but thought other resellers may want to check their customer accounts as well………………….

To say I’m lost for words – is an understatement!

Garreg-

I looked and my clients don't have this. I saw an option in my reseller control panel under Settings -> Tech Support where you can choose a Default Knowledgebase and Default Support Knowledgebase. Mine are both set to N/A. You may want to check to see if yours looks the same. Maybe you can turn it back off? Hope this helps.

Garreg, you turned it on at some point. Just turn it off like mranderson just said.. There is no KnowledgeAdmin for reseller to add there own stuff as of yet. Not sure why i think its kind dumb as well..

Thanks Guy, was working late last night (GMT - Looong day) and flipped when I saw this - thought Arghhhh....
