Looking for script to send forms using smtp server

I am looking for FormMail program that runs in Windows server. I know the popular FormMail.cgi works for Unix only. I have tried to download some other programs and still can not find one that actually works without installing software. At this point, I do not care anymore if it is cgi, php or asp. I just do not want to do any coding except passing parameters. Does anyoe know of any free program that I can use as I want to eamil my form from my web-site? Please advice.

Thanks
Alex

You can always just use Frontpage to do it. Hotscripts.com should have a bunch of formtomail style scripts at the ready though.

My form is already DONE. The web-site is working and is UP but the mail program on the server is NOT. I looked at hotscript and majority of them are NOT free or do need some coding or needs some installation. I know I can find it and that is why I am asking if anyone already has done the research.

Chris,

Is th eprogram easy to use? All you have to do is copy the script into the folder in the server and pass the parameters?

Easy to use. You can have it setup and ready to roll it 10 minutes. Just change the variables (hidden and non-hidden) within the form and the sendmail.asp file and you're ready to run.

It's about a dozen lines of ASP code if you care to just write your own.

e.g.
Code:
<% Dim strTo, strMessage, strSubject strTo = Request("Name of your form To field") strMessage = Request("Name of your form body field") strSubject = Request("Name of your form subject field") Set objNewMail = Server.CreateObject("Jmail.smtpmail") objNewMail.ServerAddress = "127.0.0.1" objNewMail.AddRecipient strTo objNewMail.Sender = "yourfromaddress@domain.com" objNewMail.Subject = strSubject objNewMail.body = strMessage objNewMail.execute Set objNewMail = Nothing Response.Redirect "Your Mail Sent Page" %>

There should probably be some error checking in there too, but I was trying to keep to my word of a dozen lines of code

W3Jmail is listed on the COM's list. It's only the Free version and probably only V3.x .. works for me anyway.
