i kinda like the flash audio idea.... you could embed a very small flash file with silence in every site you design... if a design gets ripped, just change the source .fla of the ripped site to refence a new silence file and have the old one contain the "not so nice" audio track...
ooh, wait... a layered flash file that is blank... then when you find a ripped site, put your own 'pop up' dhtml message in there... yeah, i like that idea
