was the most recent mail issue - about 7-10 days ago, and their complete unwillingness to admit mistakes... but mainly all the down time... just doesn't make sense

Yes when you are outside USA you have to fax or use the following form
https://billing.vortechhosting.com/verification/ to send a copy of you credit card and your drive license or Passport

If you don't do it within 24 hs after account activation you may me suspended.

I suggest you send the fax or form and verify reception with Billing Dept

not as far as cambodia anyway welcome , by the way don't forget you must verify it , they give you limit of time if you not verify before 24 hours ( not sure but that maybe correct iirc ) your account might suspened .

Yea US customers we can use AVS and we call everyone. Outside the US you do have to fax or uploade some doc's just because of the high fraud rate. The helps keep us and the customers a little safer.

You only need to do it one time, unless you change credit cards or names on the account. Just EXP date and such you don't have to.

but i'm sure my card always change the date every year , so i just update the expire date to new expire date enough to keep my account live ?

i think i can cancel my "hi"... it seems that they will not accept my international credit card, which has my name in a different language on it.

anyone got strings to pull on this?
