Email broadcast / newsletter software suggestions?

I had a section on my site where users could send in their email address to receive updates. I just checked it, and over that last 6 months, I got 3500 emails. How do I send them emails easily? I have no problem complying with the CAN Spam law, but I don't think I want to use outlook either. I want it to look like I send each email to each one of the recipients directly. I don't want to put their emails on my bcc field. I also want to makse sure that the software would have an unsubscription server so that I do not have to do that manually.. I can spend about $100 to buy a package..

Any suggestions?
