HSPHERE slow today or down?
My reseller CP is ok but user CPs are agonizingly slow or I'm losing the connections altogether.
Are there problems down there in sunny Florida?

I just wanted to let everyone know that Psoft is logged into the control panel looking into the issue, so there still may be some periodic ups and downs while they work on it.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Updates???
H-Sphere is still down for all my sites. Do you have an expected downtime for this? What is happening to the system?
I was told this was already resolved. - Conrad

If you are still having an issue I would recommend submitting a TT. Hsphere is coming up fine for me on an outside network and Psoft can currently find no issues within the CP.

I have checked about 10 users and all of them seem fine on our side.. As vixen said if you are still having issues please submit a ticket but so far it all looks good.
