How to disable Zend?

I have a php webmail system (hivemail) that has been working ok until today. The folder names in the webmail no longer show up. I am told that this is probably because Zend has been upgraded. I am told ZO 2.5.0 and later causes problems with phpBB and other PHP software. How can I disable Zend on a per-domain basis?

Thanks

Simon

Hrm...
As far as I know, 2.5.0 broke it, but 2.5.1 fixed all the issues (We're up to 2.5.2). If your having problems, I suggest you submit a TT. Only unix.hsphere.cc has been upgraded, the rest haven't been touched yet.

I don't think you can disable zend optimizer... you can try php_value in a .htaccess file to disable it or perhaps just lower the optimization level as I think that fixed the problem 2.5.0 created (which 2.5.1 fixed...).

I have just tested it and you are right. I'll have to live without attachments :-( everything else seems to work ok.
