Questions on CPanel hosting

My understanding is Hsphere plan allows hybrid hosting of Windows/ Unix. Looking at the posts, am I right to say Cpanel plan CANNOT have this features?

Any static IP for CPanel plans?
Can I signup for Hsphere than switch Cpanel when is live?

Why take so long to launch Cpanel plan?

thks

A: No.

A: Yes you can switch if you would like. But there would be a little downtime.

Why take so long to launch Cpanel plan?

A: We like to make sure every thing is right and as stable as it can be before we put it live. It took even longer to launch H-Sphere due to the amount of servers with in its cluser and the sheer size of the CP.
