Paypal payment

I just had my first user pay their monthly hosting via paypal. The money is in my paypal account; however, the CP shows that they still have an outstanding balance due. Does Hsphere not credit their account automatically when paid through paypal? If it does, what am i doing wrong?

It will only credit it automatically if they use the link in their control panel to pay. And even then it will only work if you have the paypal passback setup to post back to H-Sphere properly.
