In a word, Yes. but be prepared to pay for the overages if you do exceed your limits. Bandwidth is based on actual used rather than allocated as is disk.

for example, i order the plan of Cypher (3000 MB/60 GB )
can i set accounts over than 3000 MB/60 GB if only all my accounts do not use over 3000 MB/60 GB really ?

if i am a reseller,as usual, how long will you response my message?
i ask the question just because no one replay it over 6 hours

if some day i want to order a dedicated server from you
would you help me move all my (customer)accounts from my reseller account to the dedicated server?
need any fee?

Firstly please note I'm not a Vortech employee ... I've just been around here so long I've become part of the furniture , this forum is mainly for customers to help other customers out. Vortech staff do post here and respond to questions though.

Yes, as I said above your disk and traffic is based on ACTUAL usage, not how much you have allocated to your plans/customers. Once you use more than 3000MB of disk or 60GB of traffic you will be charged extra for it.

Pre-sales questions usually get answered fairly quickly, if you want an urgent reply then just give them a phone call or email instead.
For actual problems once your a customer you would submit issues using their ticket system, on average most tickets are answered within 60-100 minutes.

You'll have to wait for an official response for that question from Vortech. I'm sure their reponse though will be that it would be assesed on a case by case basis just how much they can help out and there would be a fee of some sort involved.
